St. Lucia Bible Missionary Visit 2026
It was about 30 years ago that Christadelphians first came to Saint Lucia and started to preach there were good results in those early days with a number of baptisms and the basis of an ecclesia. During the 10 years before we first came here in 2005 many brothers and sisters had come for extended stays sometimes for as long as six months and ecclesia was in place by the time we came here in 2005.

Until COVID, campaigns were organized with typically 15 visitors attending. A number of brothers and sisters came from other Caribbean countries to stay, but owing to economic issues returned to their home countries. Today the ecclesia has eight members ranging in age from the 30s to 80s.

In recent visits we have been concentrating on building up the members of the ecclesia with Bible classes and personal discussions. Members of the ecclesia are starting to take more responsibility for organizing arrangements. A monthly schedule is prepared by brother Eddie Anthony with local brethren exhorting and presiding. However the great need is for more support from brethren and sisters in North America and other parts of the world, particularly extended stays of a number of months. Certainly younger brothers and sisters with the energy for great activity will be an asset and encouragement to the members here.
