The Christadelphian Preaching Campaign @ Tobago was held at the cozy and charming Kam’s Resort in Lowlands, Tobago from August 1 to 8, 2026. Everyone was warm and welcoming, with kind gestures and accommodations. Each day we started with morning devotions, reading and discussing the daily readings. After that breakfast was made available by the wonderful Tobagonian sisters who ensured that we were well fed throughout the week. continue reading

What a wonderful week of fellowship, learning, and encouragement we shared together at Baraka Bible School! With over 100 children, teens, and adults in attendance, we were blessed to welcome brothers, sisters, and friends from Newfoundland, Rochester, Baltimore, Kansas City, Windsor, London, Montreal, Quebec City, Paris, and Cambridge. continue reading

Barbados is a small island in the Caribbean, approximately measuring 21 miles long & 14 miles wide, but with over 80 white sandy beaches and a tropical climate, is a very popular holiday destination for people from both Europe and North America. The sea is warm and turtles can be spotted popping up amongst the waves, whilst on dry ground ‘green monkeys’ are common throughout the island. The capital, Bridgetown, is a busy hub, boasting (amongst other things) a cruise terminal, international airport, a famed cricket ground, the oldest Jewish synagogue in the Western Hemisphere….and two Christadelphian ecclesias, founded originally in the 1890’s. In fact, it is recorded that before brother Robert Roberts left England for Australia because of his poor health, he had previously been invited over to Barbados to recuperate by a Bajan brother. continue reading

While chatting with me a few months ago about our yearly pastoral visit, Sister Cynthia Paiva de Lopez suggested that Brother Dennis Paggi and I fly to Oaxaca this year to meet them there rather than go to our usual destination in the Guadalajara area. Oaxaca is almost as far south as you can go in Mexico, and quite near to Central America. In the last few years, there have been several baptisms of brothers and sisters from the Oaxaca area, two of whom I saw baptized during my visit in 2024: Brothers Emilio and Antonio, father and son. That same year, two sisters from Oaxaca also flew up to participate in the study weekend– Sisters Yolanda and Rocio. Cynthia felt it would be nice to support them all and see if we could generate more interest in the area by holding a study weekend, so we could advertise and by doing some advertising in the area beforehand and to invite interested friends. continue reading

Working on the plans for this summer’s Truth Corps program truly brought to mind the words of Proverbs 19:21 “Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." We had a number of unanticipated complications in scheduling, and travel paperwork that led to a pool of ten applicants being reduced to three team members! continue reading

The words of the Lord Jesus continue to prove true: "Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest" (John 4:35). Today, nowhere is this more evident than in Haiti, where a growing community of brothers and sisters is striving to hold fast to the Truth amid some of the most challenging circumstances in the Western Hemisphere. continue reading

The prevailing reality in Quito at present is the advancing age of many of our members. A significant number are facing the challenges of declining health, whether through chronic illness, recent treatments, or the general effects of aging. During my visit, I was able to spend time in most of their homes. It was reassuring to see that, despite difficult circumstances, they are receiving thoughtful care. Many are supported by family and have sufficient resources to meet their daily needs. Even so, conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, cancer recovery, or cognitive decline bring real and ongoing hardship—regardless of external support. continue reading

The Jamaican Christadelphian Easter Camp, held from April 2–6, 2026, at the Life in Abundance Bethel Centre in Manchester, was a spiritually enriching event that left a lasting impact on all who attended. Centered on the theme “The Seven Letters to the Church,” drawn from the book of Revelation, the camp provided a powerful opportunity for reflection, learning, and spiritual growth. The venue at Life in Abundance Bethel Centre provided a peaceful and suitable setting for the camp, contributing to the overall atmosphere of focus and spiritual renewal. The campgrounds had flora of different species all around it and plenty of areas to host our different events and activities. My favorite aspect of the location was the mist that would descend on the camp in the night. It made the temperature very cool and gave the place a fantasy-like feel. continue reading
