The 16th Triennial Caribbean Youth Camp, an event that began in 1979 with the 1st camp being held at the Mt. Grace hall in Tobago was held in Trinidad & Tobago at the T&T Urban Ministries site in St. Helena, Piarco. 175 youths of all ages spent a week to remember from Friday August 9 – Saturday August 17, 2024. continue reading

As we shared with you in the November 2023 CBMA/CBMC Newsletter, by the hand of the LORD, many Christadelphian families who have fled Africa as refugees have found themselves spread throughout North America. Some are blessed to be near existing ecclesias, but sadly, others are in isolation. Brothers and sisters, ecclesias and Bible schools have responded to the call to provide pastoral care to those who make a new life so far from the home they know. Four students were baptized in June and were all in the same class over the last two years in classes done over Zoom. continue reading

Our Bible Missions entered 2024, prayerfully, with ambitious plans for new projects and special events. Now into the second half of the year, with thanks to our Heavenly Father, these projects are in full swing. These projects are at the core of Bible Mission values: baptizing individuals, building ecclesias, and preaching the gospel. They attest to the vision and energy of brothers and sisters, both local members and mission volunteers, working together and pursuing preaching and pastoral opportunities. continue reading

Sis Stacy Mootoo, a kind and warm-hearted individual of Hindu background, works in an accounting capacity with a security company. About four years ago, she met Bro Rovin Budhan, who discussed his faith in God and the Bible with her. Intrigued, she began listening to several online exhortations and accompanied Bro Rovin to Memorial Services at both the Georgetown and New Amsterdam ecclesia halls. continue reading

On May 4th Andres Ramos, which is the son of brother Abdiel and sister Xenia Ramos made a heartfelt confession of his faith before entering the waters of baptism.  Some members of both ecclesias, Panama City and Colon, were in attendance to witness the beginning of his walk in our Lord Jesus Christ.   continue reading

My latest trip to St. Lucia followed the visit of Brother Martin and Sister Lois Webster in January and lasted from March 17 to April 24 of this year. The two high points of my trip were the visit of Brother Tony and Sister Lola Puim, of the Cambridge, Ontario, Ecclesia, and the baptism of Sister Nasha Louis. continue reading

I arrived in Guadalajara, Mexico on Friday, May 17th, after a fairly short flight of just over three hours. As I got off the plane, I could feel the heat in the jetway. I was told that this was the hottest time of the year in the Guadalajara area, and that when the rains started in June, the temperature would drop a little. continue reading
